They have to buy data, wait to recieve it, process it and then upload it all at the same time via an update.

Hi Alex, I believe there is a Pittsburgh group that meets regularly but I would love to attend another gathering as long as time/place works.

I have 30+ units and on a regular month usually only spend about 5 hours total on management things, most of which involves collecting rents and bookkeeping.
