I went and walked around there a couple months back and there are some very interesting signs of growth.Boyle Heights has had some issues gentrifying, because anytime people come in and open these new-age millennial shops, the citizens react defiantly, sometimes even violently.

Networking is an easy-to-access bonus, both inside and outside of Real Estate with a lot of folks that truly just want to help each other grow.From a local level, we are conveniently positioned between the arguably two most important spots (per the Iowa natives): Ames and Iowa City.

Well I must say this is better entertainment than watching Trump and Warren go at it over Native-American DNA.

I'd be speculating since no one really knows for sure how the market is going to react, but yes I would expect them to appreciate quite well.
