You're using a company to manage tenant phone calls/inquiries and then send in vendors for repairs.

It's always important to screen anyone you are doing business with. 

on the apify screen it warns not to share the key.

And the vast majority of us are just looking stupidly at each other as others are still trying to huddle up and run screen plays.

Just got off the phone with another DIY landlord looking to hire a PMC.They really didn't like our response to their question, "How long does it take you to find a tenant?"

At the end of the day we can screen our tenants all we want, but cannot control what people do.  

The feedback seems a bit general or maybe you just condensed it for the post...If not, I'd personally have a chat with your agent about what they are asking in those follow-up questions and hope they are assertively making those follow-up phone calls with your showings.

You screen applicants because you don't know them!

You will find that lenders will reach out to you and try to ally alongside you (I know I have received a few emails and phone calls from different lenders trying to offer their services) but few are willing to 'teach' you.
