There's no fraud here, the agent doesn't have some mysterious buddy, it's just how the system works.

@Billy Rogers  one of the great mysterys of lifefor me I have never even had a 30 day late in my entire credit life  40 plus years.yet I struggle to have a fico above 730 or so.I have no installment debt.. and only two credit cards  AMEX and VISA both paid in full monthly for the last 30 years. what I do have though is mortgages on rentals.. and that is what drags me down.

So glad I have no color mystery to solve or no memory to tax at every turn around....I just use an atrium white Ben Moore pearl finish but they discontinued pearl so I use the closet equivalent, because it was already what my fourplex walls were when I got it!

So its nothing different than you borrowing from a bank its all the same Debt instruments Notes etc.. just change the parties   Bank = HML  no mystery to it..
