I have purchased my fifth rental (new construction) and need to buy fridge, washer/dryer, blinds and garage door opener.

People are jsut to blind to see it.The data is tight htere.

Put up blinds or curtains in every window.

Service animals for example: guide dogs that help blind persons are allowed in public buildings and they are trained to do a job. 

They are disasters because they do not yet know how to value properties, do not know yet how to PM , blindly trust a wholesalers numbers etc and find themselves in trouble as the property they were told was going to be worth 250k is actually worth 200k and they are stuck. 

Blindly following these rules may ensure that you only invest in good deals, but will also ensure you miss what might be the best deals.  

The blinds are pulled down with the hands, ruining them, as they peep out to see who's there.

Before you hire a VA to cold call you should be doing your own cold calling first to get an understanding, first hand, of how it works. 100% agree, you need to cold call yourself first, otherwise it will be the blind leading the blind or you can be taken advantage of.
