I currently have a RAM 2500 (pulls the Vermeer chipper and small equipment), RAM 3500 (pulls the Bobcat T-770), and Chevy express van (general purpose LTR property management stuff) and will soon replace all of them with a Ford Lightning 150 (delivery this summer) to complement my Mach-E.

We can talk about what it might cost if he has to do D, E or F, but unless we do a change order for D, E or F, I expect that I will never pay more than $X.Unless it's a time and materials contract, why would I want to be given a range of prices for a specific set of work?

So sell the truck, pay off the credit cards, Buy a 10-15 year old Ford F250 or F350 with a gas engine (they are cheap because everyone wants a diesel) Buy a duplex and rent out one side, The rent from the one side should cover most or all of the mortage.
