I currently have a RAM 2500 (pulls the Vermeer chipper and small equipment), RAM 3500 (pulls the Bobcat T-770), and Chevy express van (general purpose LTR property management stuff) and will soon replace all of them with a Ford Lightning 150 (delivery this summer) to complement my Mach-E.

We can talk about what it might cost if he has to do D, E or F, but unless we do a change order for D, E or F, I expect that I will never pay more than $X.Unless it's a time and materials contract, why would I want to be given a range of prices for a specific set of work? 

This one had IRS liens, CA tax liens, and a Ford Credit lien against the previous owner and her mother who was on title before her.

China is as communist as any other country because the way that it spreads money is through direct investment into their companies and their economy - same as here in the US what with our state-owned Freddie Mac and Fannie May and Ford, etc.

So sell the truck, pay off the credit cards, Buy a 10-15 year old Ford F250 or F350 with a gas engine (they are cheap because everyone wants a diesel) Buy a duplex and rent out one side, The rent from the one side should cover most or all of the mortage.  

Besides  being the "Next Portland" or a better version of itself, Pittsburgh has really been dubbed as the 2nd "Silicon Valley" with it's tech influence largely funded by big named companies such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Autodesk, Uber and Ford AI Initiative among others who have set up shop here.
