I have always had an itch to get into real estate investing, so I am considering keeping the house and renting it out when my family and I move to a bigger home this year.

Fast forward 10 years I caught the itch looking to buy my first house.

I have been overloading my brain will all types of different ways to become free, and I'm itching to take the leap.

What I learned from the potential tenant is that my rent seems to be way underpriced based on everything he's seen so far, and he is itching to sign a lease because of it.

Hearing all of the different terminology is scary, but it's also exceptionally educational and inches me closer to my goals and understanding confidently what I'm approaching.What honestly pushed me the direction to become a future investor is the fact that I've always had an itch at my core. 

I'm going to need a 1031 exchange in the next 90 days so I'm itching to meet someone with a similar goal to invest in it all cash.PS: Jersey is really hard on landlords.
