I'd like to chime in on a couple of the common misconceptions that a lot of people here seem to have, both with education in general and with Renatus in particular.First, the concept that Renatus is MLM. 

First you need proof of concept that you can do it on your own.

Fellow Gen Z'ers, if you have big aspirations, find someone you aspire to be like and follow their advice and actions.It's simple in concept but challenging in execution.

While I understand the concept that you are describing, at the end of the day you may just be spinning your wheels on this one.

I currently own & operate two STR‘S in SoCal USA, both fee-simple, no leasehold, so I’m new to this concept. 

So, with that said, if you followed that concept, it would depend on whether you were responsible for the electricity currently.  

Like others have said, understand the concepts, then analyze the properties with today's prices and numbers.
