You can be more proficient with your time, as you have allot on your plate, where you can plan your time at the hospital, studying, reading and listening to podcasts, and sourcing deals.I've said allot in this thread that if you set annual, quarterly and weekly goals, and then take important action steps each day, you will be successful faster and your productivity will sky rocket.

Through the years, I became more and more proficient at marketing for notes and forged relationships with larger-scale note investors who are always looking for more deals.

I suggest becoming proficient at calculating the return on investment of a rental property.
