Hello everybody! Beginner from TN here, looking to network!

I'm Cody, a 31yo nurse in West TN. I currently work part time as I'm also working on my bachelors in finance. My fiance and I have been researching real estate and bigger pockets for about the past year. I'm very proficient in adwords, digital marketing, and finding deals. I am currently waiting until I build up more capital. Both of our credit scores are good as well. But, I'm open to having a mentor or partnering with investors or long distance investors as I know the area very well and have many contacts for contractors and realtors(I also do minor remodeling work myself).
