You can spend as little as $100 to form an LLC, or you could use an attorney and spend $1,000 or more.

Rodrigues he’s done a ton of loans for me and clients and he’s always priced better and is super helpful the whole way through a loan 

I don't personally care about checks anymore so that wasn't an important feature for me. 

My biggest conundrum now is I want to be my own GC because even when I play with smaller numbers they’re still out of reach for me to be able to attain this goal and afford the monthly mortgage with taxes and insurance.

If I buy property in a state that I don't live in and put that property into an LLC registered in that state, will it be protected or does that LLC need to be conducting some form of business?

For me my main goal and I achieve was being able to put them through collage on  my dime and then set them loose with no burden financially.
