I am hoping at a younger age I can afford to take a little risk, with hopefully a reward there.The house was built in 1920 and still has some old charm and character but it was last bought in 2006 and has recently been redone.

Baltimore, for all its Charm, does have it's problems.

I was loosely following your projects when I lived in Charleston (I graduated and moved last year to New Orleans, another similar area you might like-$250,000 a lot) You had just built a home for one of the southern charm characters.

I've got two side by side 4 unit townhouses that wound up being very nice rentals in a neighborhood called Canton in Baltimore City that cash flow like a charm, because I could not get my For Sale number.

I'm going to stop in the Assessor's office and pour on the charm to see if I can get an answer I feel has some credibility. 

It has a lot of the same charm as Kenwood (red brick streets, etc), but is several years behind Kenwood in terms of value (and potential). 

@Joe Splitrock   off to a new state they go  :)when I was running my HML shop I used an accurant product that was a fraud detection worked like a charm put in info they fill in on app.. if public records and utl bills don't jive you get a red flag back took about 60 seconds to compute. 

Works like a charm, but it begins with you creating value for them.

It's a fantastic location and the place oozes with charm.
