My name is Noel Butler, I am a 19 year old sophomore at Towson university.

While I like Jeffrey Taylor, I am a huge fan of Mike Butler and recommend his "Landlording on Autopilot."

Mike Butler also has a software that integrates with Quickbooks and is used by some investors with up to 2000 properties.

Books to start off with...Any Real Estate books by Wade Cook... they are very fundamental in nature...Creating Wealth by Robert Allen..Also, several friends of mine have some great books...Bronchick on flipping real estate, Mike Butler on Landlording...

Hi,new to the thread but very insightful comments by the group.I'm open to the IBC or BOY concept after reading the books by Nash, Yellen, Butler, etc.

So when people like @Alex Craig, @Patrick Bingham, @Douglas Skipworth, @Dan Butler, @Tina Sandoval, @Derrick Craig reach out to you on BP just know that these are quality people with a lot to offer and understand the concept of doing good for themselves by doing good for others. 

I got a book recommendation from the site (Landlording on Auto Pilot by Mike Butler) and I am implementing some of his systems to decrease vacancy and increase revenues.All of this is well worth the minimal (and deductible) cost of a BP membership!
