I'm not full time, but my Mom and Dad have been self employed for many years, and there's a Christian health coverage co op thing they were a part of. 

A lot of the homes in certain areas (Lawrence Twp, Little Flower, Irvington, Bean Creek, Christian Park, etc.) are being listed for a premium (i.e. $60k, $70k) with plenty of work left to be done to them when resale history shows the most you'd get is maybe $80k or $85k. 

But the offense that it gives you may just be interpreted as a value judgment on your tenant's part.For instance, as a practicing Greek Orthodox Christian, I am most grievously offended by much of what my tenants do.And yet I've never brought up any of this with them.
