Those policies have been increasing at least 10%+ over last couple of years.All you can possibly do is appeal your assessment or have enough cash reserves to plan for it.Whats even scarier is a town in this state is trying to pass an ordinance to acquire $150 a unit from Landlords - http://connecticut.cbslocal.com/2012/10/04/new-britain-approves-landlord-fee/
