I'm big into basketball so I like to make basketball analogies for real estate related things ha.Don't be the guy that walks into the gym decked out with a headband, shooting sleeve on both arms, doubled up highlighter Nike socks, A tank top that says "Ball is life", compression leggings, and a $400 pair of Air Yeezy's- shooting air balls all day.Be the dude in the T shirt and shorts schooling everyone!

@James Wise I live in Cincinnati but because I play professional basketball in Europe I am out of the country for 8-9 months out of the year.

I drove the neighborhood in a 4 block radius and noticed several basketball goals & small kids bikes in driveways/front porch which is telling me relatively safe and comfortable neighborhood.

At the south end of the property are 15 acres set aside for an elementary school.....Most of the talk (at the recent meeting) centered on the recreation area that will include a soccer/multi-purpose field as well as tennis courts and basketball courts, rest rooms, and parking over a 6.25 acre parcel.....Grand Avian Parkway will have a five-foot wide landscaped median, 5-foot wide sidewalk on the east side and an 11-foot wide bike path/trail on the west side.
