your logo should communicate something about your brand and company, i'm not sure what your company exactly does but i'll tell you my thoughts on all: 1 and 2 feel the most like a real estate logo, it is a more traditional font and the roof shed obviously communicates real estate. 3-6 feel more like beauty product or pharmaceutical products logos, because of the softer colors, flowing font, etc. 7 is by far my favorite, it has a bold simple look that stands out, but i don't know if the leaf is communicating anything about your business.

You should look at cash flow over the course of a year, since your water/sewer bills usually come quarterly, and snow plowing is only in the winter and lawn mowing is only in the summer, and leaf cleanup is only in the fall.
