your logo should communicate something about your brand and company, i'm not sure what your company exactly does but i'll tell you my thoughts on all: 1 and 2 feel the most like a real estate logo, it is a more traditional font and the roof shed obviously communicates real estate. 3-6 feel more like beauty product or pharmaceutical products logos, because of the softer colors, flowing font, etc. 7 is by far my favorite, it has a bold simple look that stands out, but i don't know if the leaf is communicating anything about your business.

I used to work as a garbage truck driver (worked areas anywhere from Jax beach to Atlantic beach as well as Callahan to Baldwin, and oak leaf to Ortega area....and everything in between) and we now own a transportation company so we are on the road daily.

However, I'm turning a new leaf in that regard, and am looking to quit talking about and start DOING this real estate investing thing.

You should look at cash flow over the course of a year, since your water/sewer bills usually come quarterly, and snow plowing is only in the winter and lawn mowing is only in the summer, and leaf cleanup is only in the fall.

Note: I have developed simple cash flows from snow removal and leaf removal, Im on track to  launching a lawn service during the summer.

The problem is what he told you though, usually people like that face continuing credit issues, unless they really turn over a new leaf and nail things down.
