I'm a former college athlete and I've spent most of the last 6 years traveling and living as cheaply as possible.

Also, about 5 miles from this area is a fairly famous sports medicine hospital that draws professional athletes from all over the US, not an expert here, but I'd say it's more than a regional draw on that one.   

Athletes such as MJ and Tiger Woods employ multiple coaches to help them.  

I am ready to leave corporate America, and I would like to show my boys there are other ways to make money besides working a job and being a professional athlete.
