Hello all, Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Norman Benders. Originally from Boston, MA, I know live in Marietta GA with my wife and 3 boys. A few things about me before I dive into the real estate information. I've been in the accounting profession for over 10 years. I am currently the accounting manager for a research firm. In my spare time I enjoy all things Boston sports related. My goal is to produce a income generating real estate portfolio. I am ready to leave corporate America, and I would like to show my boys there are other ways to make money besides working a job and being a professional athlete. If I was to set a goal, I would say $10k a month would be a good start. I look forward to interacting/learning/eventually reaching real estate investing with as many of you as I can.
