Hello BP community, I currently have a deal in place with a off market property in Rocklin that is absolutely packed with Antiques.

He had a really nice display with heirloom quilts and an antique sewing machine and it had a real "home" feel to it.

We love class B and C antiquated product.

I asked if there were alternatives like the lamp idea because our only table lamps are vintage antiques that I don’t want to risk getting damaged, and they’re not energy efficient anyways and we never use them.

I wouldn't rule out all of Aurora either, historically that whole side of Denver has had a bad reputation but I think that bias is quickly becoming antiquated now personally as parts of Aurora are changing fast for the better, like near the Anchutz (bless you) medical campus.

They were interested in purchasing the building with the plan of putting an antique store in it.

If you buy an antique car, it’s not an asset.

For love-of-life reasons, I wanted an antique house (preferably haunted).

Although antiquated, it does protect a spouse from selling a property out from under them, so it's likely not going anywhere. 

You will be the one to deal with the "my grandma's antique necklace is gone" issue.
