I have access to AirDNA and it has its shortcomings.

I have just read through the four years of this thread and found some great tips, thank you to the OP @Thomas Youngman and all the content others have provided.

This is a hard job.

My logic was, if this guy could do it, so could I.

From what I have researched they seem legitimate but the person I am working with is flakey, takes forever to answer questions so I thought I would see if anyone else had experience with this lender.
