I literally have 1000-1500 bills and receipts to log between the properties, etc.During the spring/summer I'm typically doing rehabs and am dealing with tradespeople of all kinds.

Any specific tools to document the process or log the times?

Not everyone is tech savy and people get tired of having to manage different log in information. 

This channel manager was using the "active session" style connection (you log in to VRBO through the channel manager's website) and this is the connection style I would prefer.

Then you'd be able to do 95% of everything from your primary account, and when you need to access the bank accounts etc you'd just log into the other account directly.Note though, while I don't think they actually do much to enforce it yet, I believe Airbnb's terms allow you only 2 accounts (one for hosting and one for traveling in the case that you want to keep them separate) per SSN or Tax ID#. 

When a PMc does NOT have there own website, does NOT have any online system for tenant's, no way for anyone to log into an account, make application etc etc.....
