One, of course location, another amenities at the dock, fuel, dump station, condition of the ramps, depth of the water, what the docks are made of (decking of concrete or treaded lumber) covered, uncovered and the list goes on.

I think they may not legally be able to contract.But I have seen a fellow who worked over nights as (on foot) uniformed security in a 100+ unit complex, in a decent neighborhood who could handle it.Roaming the parking lot shining a flashlight between cars and in the bushes.Does that mean everyone could--I doubt it.You'll probably have to just wait and see what unfolds--and enjoy life along the way.And some of these guys grow up really strong and can (part time) unload trucks and stuff like that.Good Luck!

Margins are slim as printer paper on the flips but they're shooting for volume as well as the fact that its a great interlocking income stream for agents fees and commissions as well as for their lending and closing lines of business.I guess it's good to know that I'm not the only one who can't find two sticks to rub together at the lumber yard.Boy out here on the west coast our lumber yards are stacked with inventory and the mills are running full steam there is no shortage at least here just lumber broker manipulation and extreme profit taking..
