@Wendy Li It's still against federal law and all it'll take is a new president to start enforcing it and seizing grow ops and depending how they view your letting them run a grow up I could see the property and your personal property being caught up in it. 

Also that your PM is not worth what you are paying by setting a bad president and then handing the issues back to you (what are you paying them for again?!?).

If it's owned by an LLC, check State Dept of Corporations and see who's listed as President.

For example if we enter a recession the first quarter after Obama leaves office, it was not caused by the new president.

thanks guys n gals yep the lease agreement in this instance that she just signed says leased premises are for residential use not business use.. her argument is occasional client visits to her home are normal in her profession.we are still sticking to the presiding reasoning that disclosing the owner's SS# isn't warranted as the lease prohibits business use, thanks but she is being persistent and threatened to petition IRS that our owner's rent roll should be 'audited'! 

I inherited my father's condo in CT and am fortunate that the President of the Board of Directors genuinely cares about the complex and has kept up the maintenance as necessary.
