I'm thinking if I can do the painting of the inside and try to tackle the flooring (watching videos and shows), I can keep my rehab price below 30k.

Long story short, we bought a fixer because that's all we could afford at the time, and sunk $10,000 in doing renovations that, looking back now, we probably shouldn't have tried to tackle at all because we really didn't know what we were doing.

HI @Amber Gilsdorf, Obviously reading is a must, but I'd encourage you to pick a strategy and look to tackle it by learning what's needed for the first step and then doing it.
