Hello BiggerPockets, I am a 20 year old brand new to investing. I am looking to start wholesaling soon. I have been doing my homework and reading, but I want to learn from active investors and network with them as well. (Also going to my first REI meeting next week.) Any advice and tips for wholesaling in the New Jersey markets welcome! Eager to learn from the pros!
