Yes the returns are favorable, but more importantly, it aligns with my investor identity.  

It formalizes business relationships with other individuals and other entities, it structures the identity and purpose of my activities.

Landlords can ask for identity documents and institute credit checks to ensure ability to pay rent.

Tenant(s) Government Issued ID: typically, this will be a driver’s license to prove the identity of the tenant(s).

It just seems like the most useless data of all time for any city that isn’t 100% identical properties in identical quality neighbors built the same year. 

Furthermore, comparing the CAP rates of two identical properties, one in NYC and the other in Auston Texas, is meaningless.

They pretend to go to "charity galas" as they are literally getting rich by NOT PAYING POOR WORKERS and the owner of the company (me) who, admittedly, makes a good living, but still- we earned the money and they are thieves. 

I used Wells Fargo identity theft protection and submitted their dispute form for 12.99/month for 6 months, brought my score from 660 to 740 by removing incorrect info.
