You are buying both a package of selections as well as a short term manager that can facilitate getting all of the materials to the job on time.  

I fail to see where being a facilitator for the simple act of bidding with no monetary gain to the single member LLC violates the intent of the self dealing rule.

I noticed there are a lot of dilapidated houses in those areas, I'm guessing because the cost of the rehab would be more than the house is worth.Perhaps there are some government grants or loans to facilitate a project like this?
