My husband asked him how much he wanted for it ( he had already heard he wanted 5,000 for it) the seller confined he wanted only 5,000.

For any one who collects rent via Cozy (or any online payment processing), I have a question about when the payment processes vs when it's received: We love using Cozy and so do our tenants, but Cozy takes anywhere from 4-8 days to process a payment.

Same as Andrew, I'm using Cozy to manage my one house and will use it to manage up to a few more before I start looking into other software.

I have one LLC, one bank account, one spreadsheet, one Cozy account and one umbrella policy for 17 SFHs. $2M umbrellas is around $1,200 per year. 

I have switched over some of my new tenants/account to cozy and record their rent on their credit background this way they are late it’s on their credit.

I keep poking my head outside the loop by little bits but for the most part I stay in my cozy 610 blanket.
