Anyone can go to the App Store on their phone, scan their finger (or face on the newer iPhones), (or manually enter the password you created when you were 15 and made an Apple ID on your iPod Touch) and download Redfin or Zillow.

Uff...You appear to have your finger to the pulse in this market.  

Since I'm in Seattle and have my finger on the pulse of the commercial market here, ideally, I'd like to partner with other indiviuals who can put $1 million or more into a joint venture.

I don't yet have a reason to regret it - I'm crossing my fingers in hopes that it stays that way!

You can always find someone who done what your doing and get advice but for marketing, that usually falls on your creative typing fingers Good luck

If it worked on an iPad with a finger or computer pen that would be perfect. 

While it would feel good to shove it to them, evict them and give them the mental middle finger for causing you additional stress, and costing you an additional $360... it feels a heck of a lot better IMO to have a good tenant and keep a long relationship, and consistent rent.    

CHALLENGES: 1) Live sloppy, unclean and cause damages.
