I have used net listings many times over the years there is nothing wrong with them as long as there is full disclosure of fee made above the strike price and agency disclosure.I did one with a builder were I sold 32 duplexes for them to ca investors back in 04 these were in Oregon were I am also a re broker I took a net fee of 20k each and sold them all in 90 days with my fly buy program.
