I still dont have many units so I am still trying to find the best items to streamline. 

I think transferring gains from crypto to real estate is smart. 

At that time, I should have a clear type of insurance in mind to streamline the purchasing/selection process.

Hi all - I have a bunch of crypto and understand that, due to money laundering laws in the US, one cannot use dollars with a crypto provenance for downpayments and reserves. 

Anyone can make crypto.
