There a many buyers in the market who are looking for a semi custom home.

@Antuan Sumiel, the problem you run into when just looking for a "mentor" is that the people who are somewhat established generally either: a) have very little free time since they are actively running their business, or b) have free time because they are semi-retired and no longer growing their business or as actively involved.  

We own semi detached home and it cost us about 1200/mnt.

And definitely your best bet would be to make this kind of offer to a person/company who owns many rental properties and would be more likely to need skilled work on a semi-regular basis.   

You are someone who can quickly help them liquidate a semi-illiquid asset and move on from a painful part of their lives.
