I want a user friendly plug and play CRM that does all the nerderific stuff behind the scenes without me having to "code" it myself (Podio / Globiflow)My current set-up costs me more time messing with it, than it saves (InvestorCarrot, Podio, Gravity Forms, Zapier etc..) 

If anything, I'm sure many women are perfectly happy behind the scenes, getting sh*t done.

So, with that, I am going to ease into Bigger Pockets and check out the scene :). 

Plus there is a burgioning wine scene you dont get in Bend.. 

They seek to keep your apartment occupied, and there is a fair amount of legwork behind the scenes whenever there is an upcoming vacancy.
