And let's say I find a plumber who could command $100/hour, but I offer him $60/hour.If he refuses my offer and works for $75/hour, he might spend a typical week like this:-  30 hours earning $75/hour-  10 hours bidding jobs-  A couple hours on the evenings and weekends talking to potential customers, writing up invoices, calling customers trying to collect payments, etc.-  Perhaps spend some time and money on advertising/marketingIn that typical week, he will earn $2250.

the PM experience is awful they mark up all invoices by 33.33% to make a profit and never send you the actual invoice from the vendor.
