@Keith MeyerIf the property is buy and hold then UDFI does not apply, whether done under an IRA or a solo 401k plan. https://www.irs.gov/irm/part7/irm_07-027-008If done under an IRA and a non-recourse loan is incorporated, UDFI does apply.
