We have refinanced and paid them off, but still.I wrote the addition was 40 sq feet by accident, it was 120 sq ft, average sales here are $225 - $270 sq ft, hence one of the reasons we started this with the assessor's office to begin with.I think this will all workout fine, there is very little inventory in this area and top dollar is being paid.

The bank was about to repossess it but because of the accident, the insurance company of the guy who wrecked it actually paid off the car note and paid me an extra $500.

Thanks Nathan They want me to carry insurance with 1,000,000 dollars for each injury or death of one person in each accident or occurrence and 500,000 for property damage in each accident or occurrence.

So even if you pick a state with stronger protections like WY or NV, the cause of action arose in the state where the tenant fell, so likely that the court where the accident happened would have jurisdiction.
