Its a relative, and it will be spoiled rotten, but well behaved.

Work with different realtor from different brokerage and you can gauge they behave differently as they get paid in different commision structure. 

I have tried to convince my partner to do a deal with me and got her onboard for one but there ended up being a bad issue with the inspection and we terminated the contract and afterwards she told me how relieved she was to not be having to be on a $300K mortgage.

The way your market behaves is more predictable than bay area market, our market i extremely sensitive to rate changes esp in higher end market/zip code.

It doesn't mean he behaves that way where Tenants can see it.If a tenant locks themselves out, they can come to my office and sign out a spare key during business hours.
