If the technician checked the inflow/outflow differential and its 11 degrees or over then its behaving correctly. 

You might be having somewhat initial success but it's not likely really scalable over time in varying jurisdictions with different laws on the books.Everything these days is more about social media and or snail mail.  

They behave in a menacing manner towards their neighbors and towards the landlord. 

Do you accept well behaved dogs?

And I do believe Blackstone and other companies like that are behaving badly in taking advantage of tenants.

That way they don't change from having a "small well behaved dog" to 3 big dogs, 5 cats, and a lizard.
