Filing a false police report is a crime in itself, so the insurance company had a stronger reason to believe me and my claim.The police see patterns individual citizens cannot see.

States can offer MORE civil protections for citizens than the Federal government, but not fewer.Now, to your specific situation:  50 U.S.C § 3955  is the statute dealing with early termination of residential leases for active duty servicemembers.

A bit of a background on my current situation – I am an Australian citizen.

I have some say its $50,000; others say $100,000.I am not a US citizen but my husband is a US citizen and we live together abroad. 

The numbers:(20 year mortgage)Rent: $725PITIA: $29525%(vacancy and expenses/cap ex): 182Cash Flow: $248 per month.The kicker with this property, is that the owner of the property's daughter(a senior citizen-who has lived in the property for two years) needs to live in the property for approximately 6 months until her house renovation is completed(by her son, which is taking longer than expected).  

(I'm dual citizen so I've got WAY too many choices.)

Our investigations with US banks, both big and local-based, indicate no loans to non-US citizens, so that leaves private lending. 

Though I am an US citizen, I do end up spending a lot of time in India these days.I also have some questions on Solo 401k, on whether income generated by my LLC could be sheltered using a new Solo 401k or not?
