I have no debt other than the 110k at 6%4-I live in a good area where short term rental is possible lots of seasonal events and weddings. so having a large house which is kinda unique to the area seems like it would do very well.

we always meet the first Wed of the month (unless it’s is a holiday) but also have meeting at other times.

Please let me know if you plan to attend, if I get a lot of RSVPs, I will need to change to a larger venue.

Hi,Having a two+ bedroom is best because of families, newly weds probably wouldn't look at anything near a school per say.

BP is a great community and stands out amongst the many social online venues, no doubt.

They didn't say it, but "...we don't want to put our money [small biz] into an 'unproven venue.'"
