One female GC (I am female but find it somewhat rare) wanted to charge me 50k labor only for demo-ing about 800 sq ft and then after the remediator comes in to clean, and seal back up the walls AND I have to pay for the materials and dumpster!

Also forgot to ask about asbestos as far the demo goes...   

I know some landlords/property managers have trucks so they can haul furniture, renovation supplies, and tools for demo/remodel etc. what’s the best Truck/Van for this?

Hello BiggerPockets Peeps,I need to know how much it will cost to completely demo and build a 10 room 6 bd 4 ba house in the Boston area.

Need for remaining house demo: roof, walls, mechanicals.

if the city or county has it on a demo list and records it against the property it will come up on a preliminary title search. other wise just go to city and county and ask for their demo list.

He earns about 8 k/mo by doing demo job and some excavation job.

Would you simply have the demo company rip out all of the electric (take advantage of the cheap labor) and have electrician re wire the house (nice selling feature brand new electric) or simply update?
