When you own single family homes the homes are much large inside than apartments and I pay $6,000 to $12,000 just to clean a home when a tenant moves and cleaning the outside, painting the outside of a house, trimming trees and putting yards back together that were destroyed.

Or they can be left in place with a quarter-round trim installed.
