Local Chicago/Suburb construction material outlets/suppliers

Hello Everyone!

I am just getting into real estate investing and plan to utilize the BRRR method on a condo I got for a great deal.

I will be doing most of the updating/construction myself and am in need of some construction materials suppliers. Example of one I’ve been seeing advertised locally - “Factory Plaza” in Bensenville.(Planned to visit)

I am planning on visiting several in the area for cabinetry in order to compare pricing/quality.

If anyone has any input or would like to chat please feel free to respond!

I bought all the materials for my house hack BRRR from Lowes and opened a 10% pro card. The cabinets they have for white shaker I found to be of higher quality then pretty much everything in price range they will also give you 10% bonus more off on these at the Glenview Lowes. Tile I got from Floor and Decor which seemed to have the best prices and great customer service (a few cracked in car and they gave me more for free). For stone I have a really cheap guy who owns a warehouse and does installs himself on the side feel free to PM me.
