The ones who will consistently survive and thrive in the STR world, are those running it as a business and who are passionate about it.I would highly suggest you invest as much time as possiblle into how to do it properly.

I also try to shop locally and really really try to shop small businesses only  I am thankful each and every day for the opportunities and luck that came my way to be where I am  And I also am the type of “retired”  person that thrives on work.  

Or should I give it a go and maybe move location where I see that a market is thriving in inventory of homes?

The Bryan-College Station area will continue to thrive simply because of Texas A&M University, the largest school in the country.

Small business is thriving here and we have one of the largest Universities in the country. 

Ultimately he is an attention seeker and thrives off doing and saying controversial things.

What I loved is that the downtown was a thriving and safe place (lots of homeless on the streets, who were for the most part harmless).

I just like when people won’t buy a place because grant cardone tells em not to... imagine that.... a guy that thrives off renters telling people not to buy homes.
