I would not wish this process on my worst enemy, well maybe I would, but there is seriously something wrong with the system and these lenders need to get their acts together and figure out how to streamline the process and make it better on all parties involved.

At the same time there are benefits of a larger firm, such as the systems they have in place and the relationships they have built, which makes it more streamlined when things need to be actioned. 

I just received a quote from loan depot to do a streamline FHA refinance at 5% and zero closing costs.

Technology has helped agents and consumers with information and streamlined things. 

But here in the Bay it is very important to have all your ducks in a row to help you streamline the  process.

There must be a quicker way to organize everything then logging onto our credit card every couple days and filling in multiple spreadsheets.Does anyone have any apps or software that makes this process streamlined and easier?

Keep it simple, streamline your efficiency and enhance your economies of scale through someones established expertise, keep working to keep producing funds to dump into RE.

Have you entertained doing a fix-flip loan for the rehab now and then streamline that into a fixed rate loan?
