Climate change isn't synonymous with bad, but if it's a developing pattern it may be worth keeping your eyes on if it's a long-term investor.If I wanted to take it a step further, I'd find comparable properties and see where they are listed.

That being said other than some small ownership in office space i'm not into commercial deals at the moment due to the current economic climate in commercial, the higher amount price point required to play, and my experience level is lower in these deals.
