@Chris Collins This is kind of a weird deal, and not your average duplex since it appears that the homes are on two separate parcels, so it's not really a duplex but two SFRs.

It is true Fort Collins prices have increased significantly.

Hi Aimee, I have been looking at properties in Greeley, Loveland and Fort Collins also.

I haven't seen any regular meetups for real estate investing in Cheyenne, but I just joined a group that meets in Fort Collins, hopefully I will be able to make it to some of those meetups.  

The City of Fort Collins, local business entities, and arts organizations are discussing new projects in affordable housing for our large and growing creative community.
