Only a licensed broker/dealer is allowed to sell securities. 

Texas allows you to sell 4 cars a year without a dealers license.

Simply doing your quarterly inspections should be enough to encourage a drug dealer to move out.

Time for wheeler dealers and newbies to look up the definition of "real estate market value" because it's time to learn that the price paid IS the market value, not what it was listed for, not what a seller believed, not what some Realtor said it was and certainly not what some guru claims it was worth!

Now, if you have a license, you'll simply be in the arena of unethical dealers, but that doesn't stop many, that would then be up to a broker or the real estate commission in ethical dealings.

My rent house was only about a mile from a big U-Haul dealer, so pick-up and drop-off were close; if the U-Haul dealer is further away, that adds to the cost. 

Gothca like the car dealers say there is a butt for every seat  :)   good luck with it..

In my opinion, if flipped, this property will be a dealer disposition.
