And could be titled why appreciation matters anywhere.The demand from investors/owners world wide for the good areas of Cali is off the charts.10 buyers per listing currently..even if interest rates go up 2% you would still have 5 buyers per listing.

Obviously, tourists make up a large portion of a hotels guests.

Although those properties are at the center of where most tourists would want to be, but that's just a guess.This post might help to see how active it is.

What we are seeing today in Feb 2016 is a worldwide economic slowdown and possibly worse.  

In addition, Cleveland lacks tourist attractions or the ability to host major conferences like E3; the fact we don’t have a dome kills us.

If you are near a tourist attraction or major highway you'll probably be fine through the transition. 

While this area is not as popular for tourists as South Lake, it is much more desirable for that reason, and of course more expensive!  

For the last 6+ months I've been hearing about the lack of tourists in the Orlando/Kissimmee area and hosts struggling to get decent bookings.
