Brian Lenescar Future achievements & goals
2 July 2017 | 1 reply
I've tried finding an internship for accounting but it's not working out too well after about two weeks of hanging out my resume (all i have is customer service & restaurant experience). My main goal in life is to not work a full time job for more than 5 years, I'm getting financial aid from the state most likely till I get my bachelors so I don't want to start working full time till after I get my degree so I don't have to pay out of pocket for school so that gives me about 2 years to get everything situated how would you folks go about this?

I'm a little late to the game, but wanted to make sure you knew about the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer site (formerly, and still colloquially, referred to just as the Auditor's site)... https://myplace.cuyahogacounty.us/It's an extremely robust interface, and you can search by property address, parcel number, or owner name (or just use the map feature to click on any parcel), and see tons of info on the property.

I recommend the book "Rich Dad's Advisors: The ABC's of Property Management: What You Need to know to Maximize Your Money Now"You can probably find it at your local library. It's a great book geared more towards Multi-Family homes so some of the interview requests are overboard (like a list of all properties, resumes of all employees handling your property, etc.)
